The Consorci del Besòs is a local entity constituted by the city councils of Barcelona, Sant Adrià de Besos, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Montcada i Reixac for the urban and infrastructural development and the provision of services within a territorial action scope between the referred municipalities. http://www.consorcibesos.cat
