The new headquarters of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in Barcelona will connect to DISTRICLIMA
The building that will house the new headquarters of the prestigious law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, currently under construction at Avenida Diagonal 191, very close to Districlima’s production plant "Tanger" will be supplied through the DHC urban network DISTRICLIMA.
The contract was signed on January 22 in a formal ceremony at the headquarters of Districlima and was attended by representatives of the ownership of the building, project management and firm Cuatrecasas, Conçalves Pereira.
The property complex of almost 20,000 m2, will consist of two towers, one with 10 floors and the other of 17, and will host around 607 professionals. It will have singular spaces, including a vast atrium and a large auditorium, designed as a meeting point between the firm and the city. The headquarters have been designed under criteria of representativeness, sustainability, energy efficiency and accessibility, so its connection to Districlima provides unbeatable benefits.
